The High speed corrugated cardboard production line is the important machine sets for carton packaging industrial, with PLC and computer control to achieve high automatic production and real time production management. The cardboard is used for carton box making, steam heating system, various speed and width available, consists of mill roll stand, single facer, bridge and suction device, pre heater, gluing machine, double baker, slitting scorer, cut-off machine, feed out system etc.

Starting from feeding in the raw paper, after several steps of processing such as single facer, gluing, double baker, cutting, slitting and scorering, the output product is as specified paperboard and ready for printing and folding to become a final carton box. 

With automatic controlled system and computer assist system, the machine line can reach max. cost saving result such as steam consuming and electricity consuming, also manpower save.
