Carton corrugated paperboard machine- single facer with vacuum system, width from 1600-2500mm

1. Single facer is the key machine for producing corrugated paperboard. The diameter of upper and lower corrugating roll is 260/310/360/430mm.Its material is 48CrMo. Hardened treatment to its surface, precision grinding and plated with chrome. The hardness of its surface is HRC58-62.

2. Automatic, interval, circular and reasonable lubrication

3. The working surface of each paper-guiding roll, preheater and pressure roll is polished and plated with chrome.

4. The surface of applicator roll is embossed with cross hatch and plated with chrome. Equal rubberizing and wear-proof. Electric adjust glue thickness, digital display

5. Electric adjust glue thickness and glue plate pushing by pneumatic

6. Adopt close oiliness type gear box for drive section and universal axes drive

7. Steam pressure 1.1-1.2Mpa

8. The diameter of pressure roll is 310mm(may different), the working surface is polished and plated with chrome.

10. Adopt 11kw blower fan, reduced noise.

11. It equips a set control table, speed display between production line and single facer. Its operation is easy.

12. Add double open doors type with closed and safe shield at operating side

13. Single facer can stop machine automatically while breaking paper.

14. Main motor and blower fan adopt convertor control.
