The vacuum coating system adopts representative upper and lower controlling mode:

1.  Upper controllingTouch screen is used for showing the running parameter and status of the machine, also showing the failure for maintenance and production, you also can set and/or change the initial parameter and initial state values. The touch screen mainly shows the speed, film length, tension and current.

2.  Lower controllingAdopt LS.Master-k PLC for logical operation, process control and basic parameter calculation of tension system,PLC communicates and swaps data with regulator directly for monitoring and controlling.

3.  Using imported digital DC speeder as main control equipment of regulator drive, also control the wind-up/release rolls, main roll and tension roll, PLC communicates, adjusts and controls with speeder directly.

4.  Equipped with a variety of protection devices, such as the release roller will stop immediately if the film is broken, and other rollers also will make soft stop.

5.  Equipped with ultralow temperature collecting system, the lowest temperature can be up to -130,the machine coagulates the vacuum system vapor and high boiling point gases rapidly by crossing the low temperature surface of collector, which enhance the evacuated time and ultimate vacuum greatly, especially for the material with big degassing quantity such as paper, leather.
